• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by True Skies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Flight data will be 100% accurate or real-time
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Skies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
